The Indian government has banned 118 Chinese-linked apps in India. The list includes PUBG Mobile, a popular gaming app in India. About two days after the ban, PUBG Mobile has now been removed from the Google Play Store and App Store in India.

PUBG Mobile is no longer available for download for Android and iOS users. This game can still be played for users who have installed it on their smartphones. We can verify that PUBG Mobile Search on the Play Store and App Store does not show the app in search results. This is what happened during the first wave of banning Chinese apps in India. The next step in completing the ban is for Internet service providers to block access to PUBG Mobile in India.

However, if you search PUBG Mobile on Google, it displays a list of the Play Store to download the app. Once you select it, you are redirected to the Play Store but, as expected, the app does not download. As the move is fresh, it may take some time to clear the Play Store list in India. Along with PUBG Mobile, a lighter version of the game, PUBG Mobile Lite has also been removed from the App Stores.
